Well, i want to get rid of the rule breakers i see lots Tkers and people that destroys the game that kind of people i want to get rid off. cause they are just destroying the game. if i get admin powers im not going to disrespect them, im a mature guy that plays css alot

If you've been declined, I think the general rule is you have to wait a couple of months before you reapply. You were declined a month ago so I'm not sure you've waited enough time.
