Well, ok.. Im thinking about starting with martial arts again..
When I was younger Ive learned some "Real Aikido".. I loved it and I think I would still LOVE most of the martial arts!
Now the question:
Do you guys make any martial arts and if yes, would you recommend it to me??
Or which martial art is the best in your opinion? =)

During our off season period (now) my team train boxing every Sunday, it's very fun but we do it to keep in shape so there's not so much focus on the sport itself like different punches in different situations. I like to watch UFC for example and I've been thinking about training MMA but in that case more for fun because sometimes the submissions looks really nasty
but I think my american football is enough with hard hits
.
I would recommend martial arts, it keeps you in shape and all the grabs, kicks and punches might come in handy
. My favourite martial art is MMA.

I've always wanted to learn MMA. All I need is the time to do it, lol.

I have been involved with kickboxing for years and for 2 years some karate. When I was younger each day I got off from kickboxing my head was hurting real bad and from those days on every time my head hurts I get so mad and start beating people up.

I did Aikido and Judo for a short time some years ago.
MMA sounds way to hard for me

Now MMA is very popular in sweden. It take 1-2 hours for to begin train with MMA. Because too many pps want to try it.
