breakfloor_stealth

Hey guys and girls,
Addass and me are going to make a map for the breakfloor server on CS:S.
These are our ideas:
- It's a stealth map
- It's very big, so you won't meet eachother so quickly.
- The middle wall is 5 blocks wide, so you can't rush rush rush the enemy.
- In each spawn are some M4a1 Rifles, so you can silently approach the enemy.
- The breaking sound of the blocks is minimal.
We would like to know if you liked the idea, Doggie, so we can put it on the server later on.

NO GUNS! I REALLY DO NOT LIKE MAPS WHERE YOU CAN GET GUNS FOR FREE! Sorry for caps, but I hope that this will make people read what I think. I go mad and start vegetating when I see a map which gives you free guns.

look, ewil.. since the blocks "breaking sound" will be gone we want silent guns so that not cts have the big advantage to suprise the enemy on this map.

I do understand your point, but I just represented my view and my view is that this I will not like. It is like those fy_ maps, fight yard or something, I really do not like them
.
But still, I am all for the idea of a new map!!! Cannot wait to see your work!

I really dislikes the map, only five blocks wide? And no sound on blocks soo boring. And if your are building almost like GE-clans own map with elevator and sniper position and that **** I'm never going to play on the map.

To N3b and Addass - what do you mean by a stealth map? Is the block-size like the regular breakfloor-map or like the breakfloor2k5-map? How many spawns are you creating? How do you intend to give ammo to those picking up the M4s ?
I like the idea but I'd also like if you could perhaps elaborate a bit on my questions when you have time
.

What we mean by stealth map: Not like the normal breakfloor maps, we make this one bigger so you can approach the enemy silent and swift. The sound of the breaking blocks is minimal.
The size of the breaking blocks is normal (48x48x48)
There are two spawns, one for CT, one for T.
In hammer you can edit the amount of ammo that's delivered with the gun, so that's easy. We have it on 30/120 now. Maybe this is going to be more, because of the size of the map.
You also have to 'dig deeper' to get to the other side, if you know what i mean. The middle wall is also 5 blocks wide instead of 1 block wide, so rushing is not possible.

The more I hear the more I do not like. Make breakfloor_apple map where bricks remind you apples and the sky is green and flowers blossom. Anyway, I would like to see that map soon, maybe it will change my mind...
About GE's own map, yeah, it truly SUCKS! I am not used to being so rude, but that map does not deserv the name "map." You really have no idea of what you are doing or where you can go, GE messed up a good map.

I don't know the map of GEclan, but I think our map is going to be different that that one.
This one is just huge
We're also thinking of making an anti-tk system.
