Abuse?!

On 04 August 2009* around this time*, 14:09:06 happened one which I think is extremely unacceptable.

This was written by | RTG | Max@realtimegamers.com to me in the friend chat the day after the incident had taken place:

Thanks for reporting this for me, i had some trouble registering.

Over all for a server admin i feel this is unreasonable behavior, joining and banning someone for no reason is just not what admins are here for, they are here to protect the public not ban them randomly as they please.

I feel it is necessary to demoted "holy" she is incapable of administering a server, after reporting this she asked me for my steam so we could speak, i was thinking he was going to say sorry, but no, And he said, "if i was to tell anyone els, i would be banned from the server all together"

I have wrox, that was on the spectator at the time of this, and he will back me up on this report, that i didn't TK and this was an unfair ban.

I am ranked 7th on the server, so i am not just a one time player, i use the server every day and injoy doing so.

Doggie (the head admin) is currently away on holiday for a few days. I think he will probably have to look into the logs to check and see exactly what's happened, and decide what to do next.

In the meantime, unfortunately none of us other admins has the ability to unban players, so I'm afraid there's not much we can do Max. HolyX may well post and explain what's happened, but in the meantime we can't do anything. Sorry you've had a bad experience, and hopefully when Doggie returns we'll be able to get to the bottom of this and have you back on the server in no time, assuming there has been some mistake (which of course happens from time to time - if it was a mistake admins aren't automatically demoted or else we wouldn't have any admins on the server!!).

Holy's not a chick? Looks to me like you had a hard time deciding whether Holy is a guy or a girl.

I have seen Max teamkill, I have banned him many times before. My friend Lighting got teamkilled by Max the day before this happend and told me to join the server. When I joined did Max and one more guy from his clan leave when I joined. (Thats what lighting told me).

Since ive seen him Teamkill before was I pretty sure lighting wasnt lieing so I saw him that day and banned him 10 minutes for TK.
Thats pretty much it....

NickCPC, we other admins CAN unban other people. And he isnt banned anymore, only for 10 min.

I understand you and lighting are very good friends holy, so i think he would say what you ask him to say anyway.

I have one admin that was specing and said i didn't tk anyone and another admin that will back me up quiiz, he on the server most of the time and has never seen me tk before.

When have you banned me before? you keep saying this, can't an admin check the logs thats the first time i have been banned.

Aswell lighting thats the first time i have seen you on the server that day. If an admin can check the logs aswell, he has not been on the server with me before this happend.

I'm going to trust my admins on this one, Max. If Holy says you have been TK:ing then you have been TK:ing.
And we've already permanently banned a few from the RTG-clan for hacking and other things - so forgive me for trusting my admins over you :| .

To the rest of the admin-crew - this is the LAST TIME I EVER WANT TO SEE YOU TURNING AGAINST EACH OTHER PUBLICLY. You are all chosen to admin the server, and if you have a problem with each other then you should take it over PM, Steam, MSN or whatever the hell you want. NEVER SHOULD YOU EVER, EVER QUARREL OVER THE FORUMS! It is UNPROFESSIONAL and gives the public a HORRIBLE impression of Dream-Evil.

I never want to see this again. End of discussion.
