I hope in the future these movie uploads/etc. aren't necessary anymore.
Giving evil admin rights (as he applied for it) is a good thing.
Evil and I, as I may speak for him find the rule breakers pretty annoying.
Not only the tking is making me/us pissed, but maybe worse is the offensive camping after 4:25 (rule starts @ 4:35 but 4:30 should be accepted.)

I hope our effort will be worth it!.

I have looked at the demos, and unless the players is using any form of hacking I can't ban them permanently, sorry. Unless I am fully aware of the extent of the players' TKing I can not ban - I can't ban people because someone else is suggesting me to do so. This is not because I don't trust you, evilblacksonic, but simply because it's a policy which Dream-Evil and I go by.

He could have TKed just once or twice in his life - if we started permanently banning everyone who does the slightest attempt at TKing we wouldn't have many players left by now. With a hacker, it's a complete different story. A hacker is a hacker, regardless of whether he/she has been hacking before or not it will result in a permanent ban.

Doggie's got a point. I've tk'ed my friends on dust2 =)! So that makes me also a tk'er =), but I have not tk'ed anyone on dream-evil, only if by accident and if so I've always apologized.
