In reply to Ethan, I do realise that I have a low post count, But that doesn't meant that I am not active within the community.
I have been in game more than on the forums, yes.

As I said, I was unsure about posting this due to my time here being short, but I still appreciate everyones opinions =]

Also I have been around the server for "More than a few weeks", I just registered late on the forums.

to bad you didn't followed my advice about being active on the forum....
you have the minimum post amounth but still i wish to have people in the admin team with more...
but in your case its a little diffrent because of the next points:
1, your english is very good, it is your first language so.
2. you are extremely friendly and you would be a good admin.
in my opinion you would make a very good admin.
but that is based on the fact that you will be more active on the site,
i know you are very active on the server:)
so basicly a yes mate;)

Hey Ross, great to see your apply, was already waiting for it!
It's very well written, your english is perfect, and you're kind aswell. I disagree with what you said about involvement in the community, I think you're pretty active.
You're always helping me out when you're on the server, busting teamkillers and campers.
So I really really think you would fit in our Source team mate! Not anything negative to tell about you, so it's a yes!

and i am reading trough your posts and you are right the qualety is good
and thats more inportant then the quantety.
so yes on the fact that you speak allmost perfect english, fair guy, active on the server
and that someone like you would really fit in the admin team.

For those of you commenting on applicants (especially for non-admins): post once, include your opinion about the candidate and/or any previous encounters with him/her. After that, your participation is no longer needed and you can simply leave the application.

Avoid directly addressing the candidate with specific advice for two reasons: a) you are not the one making the decision (therefore your advice could be completely misguided and not at all reflect my, or other admins', opinion) and b) you do not want to get into in argument with me, the candidate or other members in someone's application thread. That is both disrespectful to the applicant and to the community as a whole.

only react on this forum when you really know somebody, played with him, and then convert those experiences into a reaction...

Ow Henk i have seen ross alot in game hes nice,mature,And hes english is perfect well that because hes living in England so And il think he would fit in the admin team. I will stop posting now on this application because this is already my second warning.

Looks like a really well constructed application. Must admit I haven't really seen a huge amount of your posts either and sadly not seen you in game, but that's hardly your fault as I haven't been on breakfloor for a few weeks now. If we have a community fightnight soon, it would be good to see you there and I could pass a more balanced judgement than simply reading this thread... but it's a promising start IMO
