Yes, his application is alright, although I'll wait with my final answer.

But, like another admin said - you could've been more active on the forums, aswell as in-game.

Tom, I'm sorry - I just don't see you as a fitting admin at the moment and thus I have to decline you. I can't put a finger on what it is that disturbs me, I just plain don't see the required English skills nor the maturity to be able to admin a server.
However, I do like the map you've made and I will comment on it shortly - perhaps you can become our lead mapper in the future or so, if such a spot opens up !
