hi! this is a game. the first number will be 10, if u like 20 better than 00, u can post "11" or if you like 00 better u post 09. u get it?
for example

when 00 or 20 is reached, the game is over.
its the last post that counts

No, this is not a good idea. It will only lead to spam, we've had such number-games before and they never turn out well.
