No, in Windows 7 you can choose several images for it to switch between. There's a button for it, "Change picture every [amount] seconds/minutes"

Ive got a key called "Druck / S-Abf".. I think in Sweden its called "Prt Sc / Sys Rq", but I dont know =)
After pushing the key, you can, as an example, copy that screenshot into Paint.net or any other graphic program.. Then you can save it as a picture =)
