I agree with Kickfoot, only don't use steady aim. Is it better to use it?

Class 2 Rusher
Vector + Holographic / UMP45 + Silencer
M1014 + Grip
Semtex + Flash
Marathon Pro, Lightweight Pro, Commando Pro + Painkiller.

Class 3 Assault
AK47 + Red dot sight / FAMAS + Red dot sight
SPAS12 + Grip
Semtex + Flash
Marathon Pro, Stopping Power Pro, Commando Pro / Ninja Pro + Martyrdom.

Class 4 for Search & Destroy
UMP45 + Silencer
M93 Raffica + Silencer
Claymore / C4 + Flash
Sleight of Hand Pro, Cold Blooded, Ninja Pro + Martyrdom

Class 5 With rocket launcher for taking out killstreak rewards.

Yes, Steady Aim is recommended as it increases the hip fire accuracy of your sniper. This is the most common perk for quickscoping.

Of the little I have played modern warfare 2 and black ops, I think you should buy black ops, it is a bit better

in mine opinion black ops has better grapics but mw2 had an better gameplay,but mw2 has more hackers en tuber so....

in my opinion: Modern Warfare 2 is definitly better than Black Ops, cause of the System-settings, i never thought, that i could play it on my notebook, but the programming is really awesome!
And i like the Gameplay and the Story in MW2 more than the one of Black Ops.

I was too lazy to read earlier comments but I would say MW2 was / is better.. except the Killstreaks. BO is good in "Only Sniper" servers + the dedicated servers.

MW2 is better than BO with the online part and Special Op's.

Although, BO's storymode is better than MW2. Reznov is just awesome.
