Point A has x = 3
Derivative of f(x)= 3x^2 + 3x +1
f'(x) = 6x + 3
y/x in point A with x=3 = 6 . 3 + 3 = 21
so y=21x+b
fill in the coordinates of A
y=f(3)=37
so it becomes: 37=21x+b
b = -1,761904762
y=21x-1,761904762
JUST SAYIN'
