Watched Trespass yesterday, it sucked hard and deserves a 1. My mom rented it so I had not checked the rating on imdb, if I had I would have skipped watching it. I don't recommend this movie at all!

Star Trek (2009)
*****
Great special FX, great sound, great filming -- but lacking a lot of story and actually some logic. Yes, I know it's a sci-fi movie, but when you blow up several cubic metres of "red matter" (which it only takes a drop of to turn a planet into a black hole) you expect a bit more than just a boom and a black hole. The Enterprise sits a few kilometers away watching calmly.
And how did a bunch of Starfleet cadets suddenly take over the bridge of the flagship? Impossible.
Oh, by the way, since this thread just doesn't seem to die, I'll make it a sticky .

Rise of the Planet of the Apes - 4/5 Good movie in general but it had too many overkill features the last 15 minutes and the ending could have been better.
Thor - 5/5 Very good special effects and so was the plot although it was a bit predictable since it's based on nordic mythology, which I remember pretty much of after reading it in school about 8 years ago.
EDIT: Watched The Matrix for a couple of minutes ago, a classic movie that is just wonderful. 5/5 is the ranking for this one ofc!
EDIT2: Lord of War 4/5.
EDIT3: Fight Club 4/5.

Re: Last movie you saw was...
Just saw I am legend (2nd time) and it was a pretty awsome film.
Always been a fan of last man standing/ zombie invasion movies and this one nailed both:=)
a 4/5, 1 point lose becuse the poor doggie died;(
When I first saw Thor on trailer it looked like a B-movie so I never watched it, but you liked it so much so i will give it a second chance now, fruitbowl 1:)
