I don't think you can publicly host/play the maps, perhaps only offline/with friends I'm sure about. Haven't seen a hosted server concept in CS2 yet.

This is a good initiative ewil, instead of saying I'm going to leave or complain over it your actually starting a brain storm:) Maybe it is a good idea for the source server to add some maps like glass war or at least special maps which are different from The normal mainstream cs assault or surf etc...
