So, what do you who play it or have played it think of this game? I rediscovered it after a few months and man, boy, girl, beautiful queen - this game is amazing =)!

I like the graphical part, but I just don't like the gameplay. It's all a bit too slow for me.

Well since I'm a great Battlefield fan, I must say this game suck pretty hard imo. I've played a lot of BF 1942 and when BF2 came out it became the game I play mostly. Since I love almost everything in BF2 I was hoping BC2 was going to be somewhat like BF2 but nope. Instead you couldn't prone which I think is a big part of a BF game and already here I lost my interest for BC2 eventhough the graphics were nice. I actually can't say so much more about it but I think taking away the ability to prone in the game is silly and have made a potentially good BF game into a good game that isn't BF.

Since I too loved BF2 but just do not like it anymore because of the no blood rule and graphical side, I am into BC2 for now. Well, maybe in months time we will all be playing BF3 and never talk about BC2 again...

I tried playing through the Single Player campaign and did so too. I was repeatedly disappointed with pretty much everything apart from the ability to destroy buildings and the nice range of weapons. The scripting of the campaign and the AI made me feel like I played Sniper Ghost Warrior again, which had some very badly coded AI. The graphics were really messed up - 50% of the time I was in some sort of huge white cloud that basically stopped me from seeing anything. The aiming was horrible, it felt a bit like playing with an old, worn out wireless mouse with not enough battery left. The campaign itself was good, apart from the fact that it all basically took place in three locations: either snowy terrain, a desert or the jungle.

In short, I am glad I did not pay for this game. Perhaps the multiplayer is somewhat better, but I doubt that.

I tried single player, but I got tired from having to watch the intro video and not being able to skip to the game within seconds. Then I uninstalled it and bought the game for multiplayer experience. I shall still play until I get my views on BF3!
