As for experience, I owned 2 servers before sadly the cost was to high so I had to stop them.

I would like to become an admin because i have seen 2-3 bad players TKing and camping when there where no admins online to tell.

the game I mostly play is Counter Strike Source (CSS)

I don't like to TK although if someone where to keep doing to to random players and NO admins are online TKing them will allow the other players to continue there game in peace.

I don't tend to annoy people however if I do it would never be intencional.

Sometimes my microphone might randomly go crazy and make a strange sound, but who's dosent ?

Anyone can swear. i dont see the point in swearing my self but sometimes on the odd occasion i might swear.

uhm.. when did you make your last application? bcouse, you need to wait 1-2 month before re-apply, except if Doggie says that its ok

You've been on the server more than a couple of times. Seen You, nothing special. You're like all the other players and they all cannot be administrators.
I think You should play more so admins could understand You're a worthy candidate. Try to not TK at all!
