Hi community! I don't know if this concern the source servers. But in the 1.6 server, it happens pretty often that if a player dies in the beginning of the round, he reconnects to have a second chance in the round and then gets a little unfair advantage in my opinion. Like if I rush the enemy spawn and clear one floor (mostly in the Tspawn) he reconnects and then come after me and kill me pretty easy. It comes like a surprise since you always think you have cleared that area. I think that there should be a rule for this, or that you have to be in a team when the round starts so you have to wait for the next round if you reconnect. (I have seen this on other servers)
I did not think this was an issue! Thank you for bringing this up - I have now added a plugin which will slay a player if he reconnects and spawns again! Please let me know if it causes any other problems!
Why not install a plugin which keeps your scores? I have seen this on some servers, though I do not know for how long they will remember you. What I mena is when you reconnect, your previous score is still present.
